Saline Process is a practical way for healthcare workers to gain skills to be a witness for Christ in their workplace. As a training process, it involves 10 hours of interactive learning followed by coaching, mentoring and accountability. Saline solution used in medical procedures needs to be the right balance of salt and water in order for its ‘saltiness’ to be helpful to the human body. Likewise, what we share as witnesses of Christ’s love needs to be tailored to the person with whom we are sharing in order to administer the truth of the Gospel appropriately.
